This portfolio includes a selection of functionality-based eLearning modules developed for Alberta Health Services in collaboration with subject matter experts and nurse educators. The learning focused on system and process training rather than clinical instruction. To support engagement and retention, I incorporated instructional strategies such as branching scenarios, “show me” and “try me” demonstrations, and quick knowledge checks throughout the modules.
